Maypro Group has entered a strategic partnership with Itochu Corporation, resulting in Itochu’s 25% acquisition of Maypro. This collaboration aims to expand Maypro’s market reach and product offerings by combining Maypro’s nutraceutical expertise with Itochu’s expansive distribution network, especially in Asia. The partnership will focus on enhancing consumer health through innovative products across key areas like sports nutrition, cognitive health, and women’s health, with an emphasis on advanced technologies like microencapsulation and nutrient absorption.
